WHY: Culvert replacement
BACKGROUND: On Wednesday, May 13, 2026, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will perform a culvert replacement on Hogan Rd between Cedar Ln and Wilbur Rd in Bridgewater and Manchester Townships.
The culvert replacement is expected to take approximately one day to complete. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
