WHY: Permit work- utility
BACKGROUND: On Friday September 5, 2025, ITC will be performing utility work on in Lodi and Scio Townships:
- Wagner Rd between Waters Rd and Scio Church Rd
- Scio Church Rd between Tessmer Rd and Wagner Rd
The road will not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to a lane closure. WCRC encourages motorists, emergency services and others to use an alternate route.
The road improvements are expected to take four days to complete. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
