Good news on the Cavanaugh Lake Rd Resurfacing Project in Sylvan Township…Our contractor’s schedule has moved around and we are now planning to start paving tomorrow!
Our contractor will start near the intersection of Cavanaugh Lake Rd and Pierce Rd and move eastbound as they pave. We expect this first layer of asphalt to take a few days to complete, weather pending. As a reminder, on days that we are paving, local traffic (people who live or work within the project limits) will only be permitted to travel eastbound within the work zone.
Cavanaugh Lake Rd remains closed to all through traffic. Residents who live or work within the work zone will continue to be provided access throughout construction.
