Things are looking really good on our Cavanaugh Lake Rd Resurfacing Project in Sylvan Township. Our contractor finished paving over the weekend and we are now waiting for a weather window to place the gravel shoulders. Unfortunately, this week’s wet and cold temps have not been helping us. We’re hoping to place shoulders later this week and then reopen the road.
Cavanaugh Lake Rd remains closed to all through traffic. Residents who live or work within the work zone will continue to be provided access throughout construction and all other traffic must follow the posted detour or seek an alternate route.
