April 21: Non-Union Pay Increase

Good Afternoon-

I am pleased to share that yesterday, our board approved a two and half percent (2.5%) salary increase for all non-union employees, effective April 22, 2021.

This increase is intended to help keep WCRC salaries competitive based on regional wage estimates for our industry. TPOAM members received their 2020 increase in December per their contract. Any 2021 increase for TPOAM members will be negotiated during the next round of contract negotiations this year.
