Good afternoon,
I am pleased to share that this afternoon, our board approved a four percent (4%) salary increase for all non-union employees, effective April 21, 2022.
This increase is intended to help keep WCRC salaries competitive based on regional wage estimates for our industry. Any increase for TPOAM members is subject to contract negotiations which are currently underway.
