WHY: Culvert replacement
BACKGROUND: On Thursday, April 23, 2026, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will perform a culvert replacement on Herman Rd between Sharon Hollow Rd and Deer Valley Dr in Manchester Township.
The culvert replacement is expected to take approximately one day to complete. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
