WHY: Culvert Replacement
BACKGROUND: On Wednesday, July 23, 2025, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will perform a culvert replacement at the Lemm Rd intersection at Henziel Rd and Burtless Rd in Manchester Township.
The road improvements are expected to take approximately one day to complete. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
