We’re another step closer to reopening Cavanaugh Lake Road in Sylvan Township. Last week, our contractors placed the “riprap” stones along the new culvert to help prevent erosion and they placed gravel shoulders along the roadside. Next up is more slope restoration work this week and guardrail installation. We are hoping to reopen the road in the next week or two if the weather continues to cooperate.
