WHERE: Arkona Rd between Abel Rd and Lindsley Rd in Saline Township
WHY: Culvert Maintenance
BACKGROUND: On Wednesday, May 14, 2025, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will close Arkona Rd between Abel Rd and Lindsley Rd in Saline Township during daytime hours for a culvert replacement.
The road will reopen at the end of each day and remain open until work resumes the following morning.
The road improvements are expected to take two days to complete. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.

WHY: Culvert Replacement
BACKGROUND: On Monday, April 14, 2025, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will close Arkona Rd between US-12 and Abel Rd in Bridgewater Township during daytime hours for a culvert replacement.
The road will reopen at the end of each day and remain open until work resumes the following morning.
The road improvements are expected to take approximately two days to complete. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
