WHERE: Steinbach Rd between Gross Rd and Trinkle Rd in Lima Township
WHY: Forestry
BACKGROUND: Monday, September 29, 2025, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) began performing forestry work on Steinbach Rd between Gross Rd and Trinkle Rd in Lima Township.
The forestry work has been extended and is expected to take approximately 18 days to complete.
The road will not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to intermittent lane closures and lane restrictions. WCRC encourages motorists, emergency services and others to use an alternate route.
