WHERE: 7 Mile Rd between Pontiac Tr and Angle Rd in Salem Township
WHY: Aggregate shoulder placement
BACKGROUND: During the week of Monday, July 29, 2024, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will place aggregate (stone) shoulders on 7 Mile Rd between Pontiac Tr and Angle Rd in Salem Township.
The road will not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to lane restrictions. WCRC encourages motorists, emergency services and others to use an alternate route.
The road work is expected to take approximately one day. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
