WHY: Chipseal
BACKGROUND: On Thursday, May 15, 2025, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will have intermittent lane restrictions on Stony Creek Rd between Mooreville Rd and Saline-Milan Rd in York Township for chipseal.
The road will not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to intermittent lane restrictions. WCRC encourages motorists, emergency services and others to use an alternate route.
The chipseal is expected to take approximately one day to complete. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
