WHY: Culvert replacement
BACKGROUND: On Monday, August 19, 2024, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will close Stein Rd between Maple Rd and Barton Farms Ct in Ann Arbor Township during daytime hours to replace several culverts.
The road improvements are expected to take approximately two days to complete. The road will re-open at the end of each workday and remain open until work resumes the following morning. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
Access will be maintained for emergency services and any residents who live or work within the closure limits.
