On Wednesday, July 27, 2016, the Washtenaw County Road Commission reopened Willow Road Bridge over the North Branch of Macon Creek, between Macon Road and Jordan Road in Saline Township. Work completed during the construction project included replacement of the failed bridge with a new timber bridge.
The Washtenaw County Road Commission offers our sincere thanks to the area residents, farmers, motorists, postal services, emergency services and school districts who displayed a great deal of patience during the closure of the Willow Road Bridge.
