WHY: Strain Poles Installation (support structure for traffic signals)
BACKGROUND: On Tuesday, October 27, 2026, beginning at 7:30 am, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will perform strain pole installation (support structure for traffic signals) at Dexter-Pinckney and Island Lake Road in Webster Township.
The work is expected to take approximately one day to complete.
The road will not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to intermittent lane closures with possible flagging.
