WHERE: Intersection of Bemis Rd at Tuttle Hill Rd in Augusta and Ypsilanti Townships
WHY: Permit work: utility work
BACKGROUND: On Friday, July 17, 2026, Miller Pipeline will close Bemis Road at the intersection of Bemis Rd and Tuttle Hill Rd in Augusta and Ypsilanti Townships for utility work.
The work is expected to take approximately six days to complete. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
The road will be closed to all through traffic.
DETOUR:
- Eastbound Bemis Rd: traffic will be detoured south on Whittaker Rd, east on Willis Rd, north on Tuttle Hill Rd to Bemis Rd.
- Westbound Bemis Rd: traffic will be detoured south on Tuttle Hill Rd, west on Willis Rd, north on Whittaker Rd to Bemis Rd.
