WHY: Traffic signal installation
BACKGROUND: On Monday, January 12, 2026, a contractor for the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will begin installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of Parker Rd and Shield Rd in Lima and Scio Townships.
The traffic signal installation will take approximately six weeks to complete. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
