WHERE: Textile Road between Whittaker Road and Tuttle Hill Road in Ypsilanti Township
WHY: Permit work – dead tree removal for DTE
BACKGROUND: On Thursday, October 8, 2020, Wright’s Tree Service on behalf of DTE will begin a dead tree removal project on Textile Road between Whittaker Road and Tuttle Hill Road in Ypsilanti Township.
The road will not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to lane closures. WCRC encourages motorists, emergency services and others to use an alternate route.
The project is expected to take approximately 2 days. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
Sidewalks along the northside of Textile Road will be impacted by this work. Pedestrians are encouraged to seek an alternate route.
