WCRC to Hold Virtual Board Meeting on April 7

In an effort to practice social distancing and in accordance with Governor Whitmer’s Stay Home, Stay Safe, Save Lives Executive Order, the Washtenaw County Board of County Road Commissioners will hold a virtual board meeting on Tuesday, April 7 at 1 p.m.

The public is welcome and encouraged to join the meeting. There are three ways to join and participate in the meeting:

  1. From a computer with internet –  Click here to join the meeting.  After clicking the link, you will be prompted to download the Zoom software (if you don’t already have it). If you do not want to download the software, you can click the link at the bottom of the message to start the meeting from your browser.
  2. From a smart phone with mobile data or WiFi connection – Download the Zoom App (available for Apple or Android) and enter the meeting ID when prompted: 184 341 317
  3. From a touch tone phone: Dial (312) 626-6799 and enter meeting ID when prompted: 184 341 317

Once in the meeting, the public will be able to participate by virtually “raising their hand” during the public comment period on the agenda.
