WHY: DTE Gas Main Installation
BACKGROUND: On Wednesday, September 20, 2017 the Contractor for DTE – Gas is scheduled to close the eastbound direction of Dexter-Chelsea Road from the City of Chelsea to Fletcher Road to install a gas main to service the City of Chelsea.
The posted DETOUR for the eastbound closure of Dexter-Chelsea Road is M-52 to Old US-12 to Jackson Road to Parker Road. This detour is scheduled to remain in effect from September 20, 2017 until the end of the year.
