WHY: Culvert Replacement
BACKGROUND: On Tuesday April 18, 2017 at approximately 8:00 am the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will CLOSE Lima Center Road in Freedom Township between Ellsworth Road and Pleasant Lake Road for the replacement of a cross road culvert. The road will remain closed to the traveling public until further notice
