As the state continues to reengage, the Washtenaw County Road Commission will reopen its lobby, by-appointment only, to the public starting Monday, July 6, 2020. Customers are still encouraged to conduct as much business as possible online.
Members of the public must make an appointment if they need to conduct a face-to-face meeting with a WCRC employee. Appointments can be made based on staff availability Monday – Thursday, 6 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Pick-up or drop-off of materials can also be arranged Monday – Thursday 6 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Per the latest public health orders, visitors must follow safety protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and protect WCRC staff and members of the public. These protocols include…

- Visitors are required to wear a mask or facial covering while inside a WCRC facility.
