The Washtenaw County Road Commission’s lobby remains open by-appointment only. Customers are encouraged to conduct as much business as possible online.

Members of the public must make an appointment if they need to conduct a face-to-face meeting with a WCRC employee. Appointments can be made based on staff availability Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Materials can be dropped off in WCRC’s secure drop-box at 555 N. Zeeb Road 24/7.

Per the latest public health orders, visitors must follow safety protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and protect WCRC staff and members of the public. These protocols include…

  • Visitors are required to wear a mask or facial covering while inside a WCRC facility.
  • Physical distancing of 6 feet or more will be required. Markings have been placed to help direct traffic flow.
