Primary Roads  

  • 34.25 miles of paved primary roads  
  • 0.94 miles unpaved primary roads 
  • 0 bridges (more than 20’ span) 
  • 12 culverts, greater than 5’ in diameter 

Local Roads  

  • 7.5 miles of local paved roads 
  • 33.60 miles of local unpaved roads 
  • 2 bridges (more than 20’ span) 
  • 17 culverts on local collector roads, greater than 5’ in diameter

WHERE: 6 Mile Rd, over Rouge River Trib, between Salem Rd and Chubb Rd in Salem Township

WHY: Structural deterioration

BACKGROUND: Effective Friday, February 2, 2024, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) has reduced the load rating on the following structure due to structural deterioration:

 6 Mile Rd, over Rouge River Trib, between Salem Rd and Chubb Rd in Salem Township reduced to 36/55/65.

A schedule for maintenance at this location is undetermined.
