WHY: The Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will hold a virtual project information meeting regarding the planned Michigan Ave Reconstruction Project in Ypsilanti Township.
During construction, Michigan Ave north of the I-94 westbound on/off ramps to Hewitt Rd will be closed to ALL traffic. WCRC estimates it will take approximately eight weeks to reconstruct the road, weather pending.
The virtual public meeting will be held via Zoom on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at 11:30 a.m. There will be a brief presentation followed by time for questions from the audience. A recording of the meeting will be posted to the project web page after the meeting.
