Findings and Recommendations Report
The North Zeeb Road Task Force final meeting was held on August 22, 2006. During the meeting, the Task Force members discussed the suggestions and recommendations they would like to convey to the Road Commission, as the agency proceeds with its plans to utilize its vacant land on North Zeeb Road for a proposed planned unit development.
Purpose of the Task Force
The purpose of the North Zeeb Road Task Force is to provide guidance to the Washtenaw County Road Commission as it prepares its revised Yard One Planned Unit Development proposal for resubmission to Scio Township for consideration.
The Task Force will also provide feedback to the Road Commission on conceptual proposals, extend guidance on outreach initiatives to the public, and consider suggestions on the development of a "North Town Center" in relation to the Yard One PUD.
