Road Commission Launches “WCRC Fix It”

By October 3, 2016Articles

The Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) has partnered with SeeClickFix to announce a new platform called “WCRC Fix It” which allows citizens to report non-emergency road issues online at www.wcroads.org/report and via the WCRC Fix It mobile app available for download on Android and iPhone.
Using the WCRC Fix It app or web-form, residents will identify where a road issue is located on a map, answer a few brief questions and submit the issue to WCRC. Citizens are able to track the progress of their service request and will be notified when their issue is resolved.
The WCRC Fix It platform is intended for non-emergency road issues. WCRC will check and respond to service requests submitted via WCRC Fix It during business hours. If you are reporting an emergency or potentially hazardous road issue, please call WCRC immediately at (734) 761-1500.
The Washtenaw County Road Commission maintains 1,649 miles of public roads located outside of city and village limits. WCRC crews provide a range of services, such as dust control, snow removal, pothole patching, sign and signal repair. To view a list of the services WCRC provides, click here.
