WHERE: Stony Creek Road between Textile Road and the Whittaker Road roundabout in Ypsilanti Township
WHY: Guardrail installation
BACKGROUND: Starting on Thursday, November 15, 2018, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will close Stony Creek Road between Textile Road and the Whittaker Road roundabout in Ypsilanti Township to install new guardrail.
The road will be reopened temporarily for the Thanksgiving Holiday and then will reclose on Monday, November 26. Improvements are expected to be completed by Friday, November 30. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
DETOUR: The posted detour for this closure is Whittaker Road to Textile Road.
