On Monday, June 26, 2017, a Contractor for the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will CLOSE Geddes Road between LeForge Road and Prospect Road in Superior Township for the Geddes Road Improvements project. The work will include the pulverization/milling and the resurfacing of Geddes Road between LeForge Road and Prospect Road and the replacement of a concrete culvert on Geddes Road for the Snidecar Drain just east of LeForge Road.
The road will be closed to all traffic during construction. The WCRC expects the work to be complete in September 2017. However, please be advised that due to weather conditions, all dates are tentative and subject to change.
The posted DETOUR for this closure is LeForge Road, Clark Road, and Prospect Road. Local traffic to and from adjacent properties located within the closed section of Geddes Road will be maintained. WCRC thanks you in advance for your patience during this gas main relocation project.
