WHERE: Crane Road between Textile Road and US-12 in Pittsfield Township
WHY: Shoulder maintenance
BACKGROUND: On Wednesday, July 18, 2018, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will CLOSE Crane Road between Textile Road and US-12 in Pittsfield Township for a shoulder maintenance project in preparation for a paving project.
The road will be closed to through traffic from 7 a.m.- 4 p.m. Wednesday, July 18 and Thursday, July 19. All property owners and residents who live internal to the project limits will be provided access to and from their property, although expect delays.
The road will be closed to traffic again for paving starting Monday, July 23, 2018. All road improvements are expected to be completed and road reopened by Friday, July 27, 2018. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
