On Thursday afternoon, March 11, 2010 the Washtenaw County Road Commission CLOSED Joy Road between Gotfredson Road and Plymouth Road in Salem and Superior Townships due to culvert failure.
On Tuesday afternoon, March 16, 2010 the Washtenaw County Road Commission RE-OPENED this stretch of roadway to the traveling public as the culvert was replaced.
