Outstanding engineering contributions to the County Road Association of Michigan.

Background:

Roy D. Townsend, P.E. was presented with the Michigan Urban Engineer of the Year Award from the National Association of County Engineers, at the County Engineer’s Workshop in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. This award recognizes the outstanding engineering contributions to the County Road Association of Michigan.
