What: Warren Road Reopened

Why: Culvert Replacement completed by Road Commission
Background
The Washtenaw County Road Commission announced today that it has completed replacement of a failed culvert on Warren Road located between Earhart Road and Dixboro Road in Ann Arbor Township and that Warren Road will be officially REOPENED to the traveling public on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at approximately 4:00 p.m.
Warren Road was closed between Earhart Road and Dixboro Road on July 21, 2009 following an inspection that revealed the culvert located one-half mile west of Dixboro Road had significantly deteriorated and could no longer safely support vehicular traffic.
The Road Commission wishes to thank the public for their patience and cooperation as these necessary improvements to the county road system were completed.
