Where: Sylvan Road between the existing end of pavement south of Old US-12 to the Sylvan Township Line
Why: Road Improvements
Background
On Monday, September 15, 2008 the Washtenaw County Road Commission will CLOSE Sylvan Road between Old US-12 and Lehman Road in Sylvan Township for road improvements. A DETOUR will be posted, while local traffic will be maintained.
It is anticipated that this section of roadway will be REOPENED to traffic on Friday, September 19, 2008. Please be advised that due to weather conditions, all dates are tentative and subject to change.
To maintain the safety of roads crews, please reduce speeds and drive cautiously through work zones. The Road Commission thanks you in advance for your patience as this culvert replacement is completed.
