What: Asphalt repairs on a segment of Ellsworth Road

When: Repairs are scheduled for the week of April 30 - May 4, 2007, weather permitting

Where: Between Maple Road and Lohr Road in Pittsfield Township

Why: Repairs are needed due to a segment of failed asphalt

Background

The Washtenaw County Road Commission will be replacing asphalt on a segment of Ellsworth Road, between Maple Road and Lohr Road in Pittsfield Township, during the week of April 30 - May 4, 2007, weather permitting. The repairs are necessary due to failed asphalt on a small segment of Ellsworth Road. Limestone has been placed on the road segment as a temporary repair until the asphalt can be permanently replaced. Both lanes of Ellsworth Road remain open to all traffic. Intermittent lane this road segment is completed. No traffic detour signs will be posted during these repairs.
