On Wednesday, August 31, 2016, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) and Cadillac Asphalt will be paving Six Mile Road between Pontiac Trail and Tower Road in Salem Township. Traffic will be maintained using traffic regulators. However, delays are likely and motorists are encouraged to seek an alternate route.
WCRC expects the paving operations to be completed by the end of the day on Wednesday, August 31. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
Please reduce speeds and drive cautiously through the work zone in order to maintain the safety of the road crews and the traveling. The Road Commission thanks you in advance for your patience as we work to improve the transportation network.
