The Baker Road Intersections project is well underway! Below is a brief update of our progress to date.
- DTE–Gas and DTE–Electric have completed their utility relocations.
- Mailboxes were temporary relocated outside the work area by the contractor.
- The contractor (C & D Hughes, Inc.) is working to complete the storm water drainage system and water main relocation work.
- Pavement removals has begun in preparation for new pavement, concrete curb and gutter.
Please remind your friends and neighbors that the work area remains closed to all through traffic. Only residents living within the work area may gain access, all others must seek an alternate route. Please be aware the Washtenaw County Sheriff continues to assist in the enforcement of the road closure.
