INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids will be received at the Administration Building of the Washtenaw County Road Commission at their office, 555 North Zeeb Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan until 9:00 A.M., Thursday, December 21, 2017, at which time they will be publicly opened and read for furnishing the following:
A MANDATORY pre-bid open house walk-through shall be held on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 8:45 a.m., at the Washtenaw County Road Commission Administration Building, 555 N. Zeeb Rd., Ann Arbor, MI 48103.

Documents will be available at the walk-through on December 13, 2017.
BIDS MUST BE COMPLETED ON THE PROVIDED FORM(S) AND SHALL BE SIGNED BY AN AUTHORIZED AGENT OF THE BIDDER AND SHALL BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE THAT IS PLAINLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE AS TO THE CONTENTS. BIDS FAILING TO MEET THIS REQUIREMENT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. BIDS CANNOT BE SUBMITTED BY TELEPHONE OR FAX.
The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part of same; to waive irregularities and/or informalities and to make the award in part or entirety as may appear to be in the best interest of the County of Washtenaw.
